Who Atlas is for
Residents
Where a report starts and closes. Send a photo and location from the web or by text, no account needed, and keep the tracking link. It shows the fix when the crew finishes.
City staff
Where staff run the queue. Reports arrive with a category and severity, and near duplicates merge into one work order. Map, queue and analytics read the same data.
Crews
What a crew reads in the truck: photo, exact location and a materials estimate, so they roll out once. Marking it done updates the resident and the city together.
A day with Atlas
Follow one report through the demo, from photo to closed work order.
- Report
A resident photographs a pothole and files it from the web. Privacy blur runs on the device before upload.
- Triage
AI triage assigns a category and severity with its reasoning. A second report of the same pothole merges into one work order.
- Route
The work order gets a department, crew type, estimated time and cost. Crew routing suggests a streets crew, then the staffed crew with the lowest load.
- Close
The crew reads the photo and materials list in the field and marks it done. A signed webhook goes to the city system and the resident's link shows fixed.
